Board Certified Family Practice and Preventive Medicine
Dr. Deborah Duncan joined the practice in December 1989. Dr. Duncan is Board Certified in Family Practice and Preventive Medicine and also a board member of the Genesee County Medical Society.. Her medical school training was through Ohio State University, Columbus Ohio and she graduated in June of 1979. She went to Wright State University in Dayton Ohio for her graduate school and earned a Masters in Aerospace Medicine in June 1987. She did her Residency in Family Practice at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan. She was a physician in the Air Force from 1980 to 1989 prior to coming to work at Fenton Medical Center in 1989.
In 2005 she received her certification as Master Clinician Psychopharmacology. Since 1999 she has been certified in ISCD for Bone Density Interpretation. She is the President and Owner of Fenton Medical Center and Fenton Late Hours Clinic, President of the GLS Chapter of the Michigan Academy of Family Practice and Board Member of the Hurley PMC Physician Organization. She is a member of the Genessee County Medical Society. She is married and has a son. She is an avid Horseback Rider and loves to read. She enjoys seeing patients of all ages.
