PATIENT PORTAL ACCESS
As a Fenton Medical patient you are able to get portal access to your chart. You can view your demographics, personal medical history and labs. In order to get access you need to complete paperwork at your visit.

Below is the new link to Fenton Medical Centers patient portal. If you did not set up your portal in the office please contact the office at 810-629-2245 to get access to your portal.

You can use our patient portal for the following:

Schedule an Appointment as an established patient.
View demographics.
View medical history.
View labs and diagnostic testing.
Inquire about your bill, send a secure message, and even pay your bill online.
Request a medication refill online.
Ask your provider a non urgent question.
Request your medical records or ask our medical records coordinator a question.
